Secret Weapons
There are a number of secret weapons in Final Fantasy XV and they're definitely worth getting. They are very powerful and have some incredible abilities.

The Cerberus is a high-powered sniper rifle that can only be used by Noctis. While it isn't extremely powerful and has a slow rate of fire compared to other firearms, its main appeal is that it can be used at longer ranges, in first person, it has a scope to zoom in on enemies, and it has the highest Break rate of any weapon in the game. In other words, you can break enemy appendages more easily with it.
To obtain the Cerberus, you need to go to Fort Vaullerey in Cleigne and then find it in the north-east building. This can only be done later in the game.

Ulric's Kukris
These weapons were owned by Nyx Ulric, one of the last surviving members of the Kingsglaive in Insomnia. He died defending the city against the Imperial onslaught. Though the memory of him may fade, these daggers will live on. They boost every stat and resistance. Nyx Ulric's acts can be seen in the film Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV.

To obtain them, you must defeat the Pyromancer in Insomnia. To do this, you must first defeat Ifrit and then go into the Citadel. Go up to the elevator and wait a bit. Depending on when the dialogue happens, you might be able to hear the roars of the new daemons. Go back outside and you'll see two Red Giants. Defeat them.

Once they're dead, preceed back to where you first started in Insomnia, defeating all the enemies you come across. Once you've defeated the two Naragini, head into the main street and you'll see a Pyromancer if you did things correctly. If you do not see it, go out of the area and try returning or rest in a different area and kill the enemies again.
Kill this Pyromancer (it's weak to weapons like greatswords and Ice attacks) and it will drop the daggers!
